How fast does it work?
1. Introduction
During the introduction we explain everything about the working method.
We view the house, take photos and determine a rental price. In addition, we create a tenant profile in consultation with you.
We immediately start looking for suitable tenants by, for example, sending push messages to home seekers in our database who fit within the profile.
2. Viewing
We screen the candidates based on the tenant profile and if it seems appropriate, we arrange the viewing of the property.
3. Agree
When we have found a potential tenant, we will introduce them to you - by telephone, email or in person.
We always check the details of the tenants. And in the end you decide whether you agree with a candidate.
4. Handling
Vlug Wonen then arranges the entire settlement. We draw up the lease and make an appointment to sign the contract. We discuss the contract with the new tenant and make an appointment for the key handover and check-in.
Of course we ensure that the payment of the first month's rent and the deposit are paid before the key handover.
