Management

What is a property manager?

Real estate investors have a nose for attractive real estate. In other words, real estate that will yield a return. They know better than anyone where opportunities lie and are in the position to invest.

Once in possession of real estate, the issue of management comes up. Because investing in real estate is one thing. Then the 'real' work actually only begins in the form of paperwork. Namely in all kinds of management tasks and ensuring that the real estate is rented out properly.

The aim is, of course, to achieve the highest possible return. Real estate investors almost always outsource such tasks to real estate managers, who are therefore responsible for real estate management.

Financial and administrative real estate management

As an investor, you do not 'just add' real estate management. Broadly speaking, you can subdivide the work into financial and administrative property management and technical and commercial property management.

The financial and administrative part is particularly important. After all, everything revolves around the figures, about returns. If the administrative part is up-to-date, real estate owners can quickly compare, so that opportunities can be exploited and problems can be dealt with.
